金沙骨 - Sweet & Sour Baby Back Ribs

" I collected 3 differents style of sweet & sour baby back ribs recipes into one.
I found out came out the result that becomes My Signature sweet & sour baby back ribs."
Ingredients:
seasoning use:
2 tablespoon Michiu cooking wine
4 tablespoon light soya sauce
3 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon Colavita Balsamic Vinegar(or any brand)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
small pitch of white pepper
1/4 cup of water
5 pound of baby back ribs
sauce:
1 tablespoon of Michiu cooking wine
4 tablespoon light soya sauce
3 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoon honey
1 can of peaches
3 tablespoon orange marmalade
Directions:
1. cut the ribs into pieces and seasoning the ribs at least 4 Hrs or better overnight.
2. pour 2 tablespoon of oil on the pan slightly brown the ribs then pour away all extra oil.
3. add the sauce ingredients except the peaches.
4. let it cook first 30 minutes, then pour into the can peaches and cook another 30 minutes.
5. layer the cook ribs nicely on the plate then brush on the honey, next display the peaches on the top of the ribs.
