東方風格,西方包子 ~ Oriental style western buns

焗韭菜&韓國捲心菜豬肉包子.我很高興這個試驗成功.

First seasoning the miced pork with sesame oil麻油, salt, white pepper and 1 egg, steam蒸the chive and the korean cabbage then seasoning with sesame oil麻油, salt, white pepper and chicken broth powder雞湯粉 set them aside ready to use

Ingredients for bread dough麵包麵團配料:

Bread flour 15oz, wheat flour 5oz, sugar 3oz,

water 10oz, egg or egg yolk 1.5oz, sea salt 1 tea spoon, veggie oil 35g. last instant yeast 8g

Directions

Mixing all the ingredients and make a hole on the top and add instant yeast即時酵母粉 and mix it with electric mixer until it forms a bread dough and cover up with plastic wrap or leave in the bowl cover up with dry towel.

Let it sit for an hour, then divided into 12 equal size of 80g each and let it rests for another 15 minutes.

Flatten the doughs with roller and filling the cooked miced pork with chive or miced pork with cabbage then pull up both sides to form an oval shape bun laid them on the baking sheet(spray with veggie oil on sheet) and ready to bake.

Boiling the water pour it on the baking pan put it on the lower rack, then put the bun on the upper rack, let them rise for 30 minutes then take them out.

Preheat the oven to 350F, brush the buns with beaten egg and garnish with 灑上 sesame seeds芝麻 & dry parsley幹香菜.

Baked the buns for about 30-45 minutes or until they turn brown.
