Just finished my late late dinner. I am not supposed to eat like this. Unfortunately, tonight I was craving to eat beef shanks stew noodle. End up I found a very simple Chinese Style on the blog. I add a little bit my own style with carrot and tomatoes. Even though it is very simple, still took me 2 1/2 hours to prepare & cook. Luckily, came out with a very satified look & very very delicious. Isn't it look good? I am going to let the rest of stew sit overnight, wait until tomorrow I will spicy up another style of beef shanks stew. Wait to to see....
